Q. Does the price include set up and delivery?
A. Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q. Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes! However, please be aware that additional travel fees may apply due to fuel costs and potential need for extra equipment and labor. Contact our office for a current quote. Setup & Timing
Q. Does the 4-hour rental time include setup?
A: No, we arrive early to set up so you get the full rental time for enjoyment.
Q: When do you arrive for setup?
A: Setup time varies based on daily bookings. Typically, we arrive 1-3 hours before your rental begins. For busy days, we may need up to 4 hours advance setup time. We'll contact you the Friday before to confirm site access if early setup is needed.
Q: How clean is your equipment?
A: AT Event & Party Rentals thoroughly cleans and disinfects all equipment after every rental.
Q: Must the equipment stay plugged in?
A: Yes. Our inflatables require continuous power via a blower. We bring heavy-duty extension cords and require an outlet within 50 feet or a generator rental.
Q: Can you set up at parks?
A: Yes! However, most parks don't have electricity, so a generator rental is required. Remember that parks are first-come, first-served, so secure your spot early.
Q: What surfaces work for setup?
A: We can set up on grass (preferred), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on rocky surfaces as they damage the equipment.
Q: How large are the inflatables?
A: Standard units are 15'x15', though sizes vary. Check individual items for specific space requirements, including room for stakes and blowers. Measure your space and ensure 4-foot access for larger units that can weigh up to 650 pounds.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash (exact change required) and credit cards.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, a non-refundable $50 credit card deposit is required for all bookings.
Q: What about damage liability?
A: You're not responsible for normal wear and tear, but damage from negligence or safety rule violations may result in repair or replacement costs. We provide thorough safety training and guidelines to prevent such situations.
